Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

COVID-19 Update: 

The current pandemic situation has changed a lot for availability of stock and domestic shipping times. We inform you of any potential delays to your order, prior to processing payment. If your order may be affected by a delay, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order which we will refund in full. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Typically, items in stock will ship within 2-3 days, while items on backorder may take 4 weeks+. Please note that certain brands are made to order.

We offer delivery Australia-wide. 

In-store pickup

We do not offer in store pickup. 

International Shipping

We do not ship outside of Australia. 

How do I check the status of my order?

In most cases, when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 3 days of receiving your order email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some products cannot be shipped to P.O boxes. If this is the case, we will inform you before confirming your order. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
